Hamburg, 11.10.2021 – Connected Infrastructure Capital (‚CIC‘) expands its wind farm portfolio in the Netherlands. The purchase of the wind farm Noordzeeweg situated in Amsterdam was concluded on 1. October 2021.
The wind farm consists of four turbines of the type Vestas V 90 and has a total installed nominal capacity of 8,8 MW. Commissioning of the wind farm was in summer 2020.
The transaction was concluded as part of a share deal. Buyer is a Dutch subsidiary of CIC. The company acquired 100% of the shares.
Following the acquisition of ECN Wind Energy Facilities B.V. in Wieringermeer last, this is already the second transaction in the Dutch market within a year.
