New Year – New Name:

Connected Infrastructure Capital GmbH (“CIC”) becomes Niteos GmbH

Our new name has Latin roots (niti, nitor, nixus (lat.) – make an effort / strive forward), reflecting what has defined us from day one: we are always ready to go the extra mile.

Since our founding in 2018, we have grown our portfolio, expanded our business model and our regional footprint while remaining an agile organization.

The new name reflects this development and signals our readiness for what’s ahead of us:

a growing and progressing development pipeline of attractive renewable energy projects, construction start of our first Danish BESS project, continuous improvement of our operational projects.

We are looking forward to drive those (and further!) projects together with our trusted partners!

With the new year starting, the name change of CIC into Niteos became officially effective. It had been approved by the shareholders #AvivaInvestors and JOPO GmbH in December 2025.
